I’ve ordered from Lcwaikiki a few times, and the sizing is really hit or miss. Some t-shirts fit perfectly, but one pair of jeans was way tighter than I expected. The size chart helps a little, but it’s definitely not reliable enough. After a few orders like this, I kind of lost trust in choosing my usual size there. They really need to make the fit more consistent. It’s not terrible, but for me it’s just average...

In my experience, returning my order to lcwaikiki has been really frustrating. I’m still waiting for my refund, and every time I ask, they just say it will be processed soon, but nothing actually changes. Customer service hasn’t been very helpful either, at least from my point of view. it’s been a annoying experience, and I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

The prices are usually fair, so that’s nice. I’ve found some good basic stuff here, but a few items definitely felt cheaper than I expected. Not a huge deal, obviously, totally fine… just maybe check things closely before you buy so you don’t get home and feel slightly betrayed.

I reached out to customer service and just never heard anything back. No reply. Nothing. Frustrating when you’re waiting for help...

I ordered the beige one, but when it arrived it looked more like a weird yellow shade. Definitely not what I expected from the photos lol.

The delivery was slow this time. I’ve ordered before and it usually arrives much faster, so I was a bit disappointed with how long it took.

Pickup took forever, it wasn't nothing close to a smooth experience. The person helping me didn't seem like they had no interest in being polite, which made the wait feel even worse

I will say the delivery itself was fine, but I hope they’re more careful with orders in the future.

I placed an order and then they canceled it way later than expected, which was really frustrating. I was really hoping this shirt would hold up, but it faded after just one wash. Like, seriouslyyy? It looked nice at first, but now it already seems worn out. Disappointing.

I’ve found a few pieces I really like here, and some of the clothes look super modern and nice. But a few designs feel kinda basic to me. I just wish there was a bit more variety in the colors and cuts, cause it would make shopping way more fun.

I was trying to look for kids' clothes and women’s stuff too, but it just kept showing me the same few items over and over. And then when I did find something okay, the size or color I wanted wasn’t even there. I don’t know, it got boring fast. In-store shopping has way more variety compared to this.

I was planning to do some shopping at LC Waikiki, but just getting to the branch put me off. It didn’t feel close to any convenient transport, and parking was a whole separate headache. From the way the location is set up, I almost got the impression they assumed everyone can just drive there easily, which really isn’t the case. I ended up spending more time trying to reach the store than actually looking around. For such a big brand, I’d expect them to choose more accessible spots. I probably won’t go back unless they open somewhere easier to get to.

I stopped by earlier this week, the store was messy. There were clothes on the floor, shelves looked picked over, and I even noticed dust in a few areas. I was only planning to browse for a little while, but the layout made it hard to figure out where anything was or where to find certain sizes. The racks were packed so close together that moving around felt annoying, especially after a few minutes. Overall, it just wasn’t a very comfortable shopping experience.

Has anyone else had this happen? My package showed up with the box crushed, and when I opened it, the clothes inside were actually dusty. I feel like they should’ve been a lot better protected during shipping

At first everything looked normal, like the order would move along quickly, but then the tracking just got stuck on the same status for days. No clear update, no real delivery date, just “in progress” over and over like that’s supposed to explain anything. I kept checking, thinking maybe it would finally change, but nothing did. Customer service wasn’t helpful either, just vague replies with no actual answer. It gave me a bit of a bait and switch feeling — smooth ordering process, then once they have your money, you’re left guessing. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

My snap judgment at first was that the deals looked good, and sometimes the discount really does apply fine at checkout. But I’ve also had items show a discount, then suddenly change in the cart or go out of stock, which is annoying after spending time picking stuff. Delivery was average, nothing amazing but not bad either. I still order once in a while, but I always wait to see the final price before I believe any promo.

I kept finding stuff I liked, but almost every size I clicked on was sold out. It got annoying after a while. Like, why even show it if I can't actually buy it?
